Homemade Strawberry - Basil Infused Vodka, St. Elder Flower Liqueur, white cranberry juice,
lime juice, served in a sugar-cayenne pepper rimmed glass with a strawberry and lime garnish.
 
Lemon Sorbet
Luxardo Limoncello Liqueur, peach schnapps, lemonade, whipped cream, served with a mint and lemon twist.
 
Southern Peach
Bushmills Irish Whiskey, peach puree, Peychaud's Bitters, orange juice, lemonade with Windmill Mango Ginger Beer.
 
Picante
Homemade Cilantro Infused Vodka, St. Elder Flower Liqueur, lime juice and white cranberry juice,
served with a fresh jalapeno slice. 
 
Pistachio Ice Cream
Dumante Italian Liqueur, Rumchata, white creme de cacao and cream, served in a vanilla - salt rimmed glass.
